We are seeking a dedicated CDL Class A Truck Driver to join a family owned electrical mechanical service provider with a 75 year history of excellence. In this role you will be responsible for transporting heavy loads and oversized equipment on flatbed trailers from our Linden NJ facility. This is a full time position that involves manual labor including the active securing of specialized industrial cargo. As a key member of our logistics team you will ensure equipment is delivered according to schedule while benefiting from a role that keeps you local and allows you to be home daily.
Salary Range:
$27.00 To $30.00 Hourly
Location: Linden, NJ
Requirements
Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License with a manual endorsement and a clean driving record.
Minimum of 3 years experience transporting heavy loads on flatbed trailers.
Proven proficiency in operating knuckle booms with truck stabilizers crane trucks and forklifts.
Expert knowledge of load securement including the use of straps chains and tie downs while adhering to weight and height limits.
