Truck Driver Nation is seeking a Placement Coordinator to help qualified CDL drivers transition from recruiting qualification into carrier-specific application and placement processes.

This position focuses on the handoff stage of driver recruiting. The coordinator helps determine what each available opportunity requires and keeps the candidate moving toward the appropriate carrier process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review qualified driver candidate information
• Identify available opportunities matching candidate qualifications
• Confirm applicable carrier requirements and application procedures
• Coordinate the correct application or next-step process
• Track when applicant information or application links are provided
• Maintain candidate placement status and follow-up notes
• Communicate outstanding requirements to drivers
• Coordinate with recruiters regarding candidate progress
• Help maintain an orderly transition from qualification to placement

• WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple candidate processes
• Professional phone and email communication
• Comfortable learning different carrier requirements
• Ability to maintain accurate recruiting records
• Trucking, transportation, recruiting, or logistics experience is preferred
• Familiarity with CDL driver hiring is valuable
