Salary: 65000.00 to 80000.00 DOE

 A well-established Transportation Company that has been in business for over 40 years, known for their great reputation and top-notch service is looking for a Driver Recruiter to join their team.

This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are ready to hit the ground running and showcase their skills in recruiting and maintaining a driver count appropriate to the needs of the location. If you have a high school diploma, computer skills, we want to hear from you!

Position Responsibilities:

- Develop leads through referrals or cold calls

- Recruit qualified candidates for truck driving positions

- Conduct background checks, interviews, and reference checks

Position Essential Job Functions:

- Experience working with people

- Trucking or transportation experience

- Recruiting experience

Position Skills:

- High school diploma

- Computer skills
