Truck Driver Nation is looking for an organized Intake Coordinator to serve as an early point of contact for professional drivers entering our recruiting process.

The position centers on receiving applications, reviewing initial candidate information, identifying incomplete records, and preparing driver applicants for further qualification.

WHAT THIS POSITION HANDLES

Incoming CDL applications need to be reviewed quickly and accurately. The Intake Coordinator helps establish an organized candidate record before the applicant advances.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Review newly received driver applications

• Confirm applicant contact information

• Identify CDL class and reported driving experience

• Review basic employment and equipment background

• Flag missing or incomplete application information

• Contact candidates when clarification is needed

• Record initial applicant information in recruiting systems

• Route completed candidate records to the appropriate next stage

QUALIFICATIONS

Successful candidates should be comfortable working with detailed information while maintaining professional communication with applicants.

Preferred skills include:

• Strong attention to detail

• Clear phone and written communication

• Accurate data entry and recordkeeping

• Ability to manage multiple applications

• Comfortable using web-based systems

• Customer service or administrative experience

• Transportation or recruiting experience is helpful but not required
