Truck Driver Nation is seeking recruiting representatives to build relationships with CDL drivers and develop an active pipeline of qualified transportation candidates.

This position focuses on candidate outreach, communication, follow-up, and maintaining recruiting activity across available driver opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage CDL driver applicants and prospective candidates

• Conduct outbound and inbound recruiting communication

• Ask basic qualification and experience questions

• Maintain active candidate pipelines

• Follow up with drivers at appropriate recruiting stages

• Update candidate records and recruiting notes

• Identify drivers who may match available opportunities

• Maintain professional communication throughout the recruiting process

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication and people skills

• Comfortable speaking with professional drivers

• Consistent follow-up and organization

• Ability to manage multiple recruiting conversations

• Comfortable using phones, email, SMS, and recruiting systems

• Sales, recruiting, trucking, or customer-service experience is helpful

• Transportation-industry knowledge is valuable
