Truck Driver & Rental Desk Agent

About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team in Clifton, NJ in a dynamic dual role as a Truck Driver & Rental Desk Agent. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on driving work and customer-facing service — all in one exciting position!



Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and drive trucks for scheduled routes, deliveries, or equipment transport
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
• Assist customers at the rental desk with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
• Process rental agreements, payments, and documentation accurately
• Coordinate vehicle availability and maintain fleet readiness
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and rental facility

Qualifications:

• Experience in driving vans to 26 foot box trucks all local
• Customer service or other related fields
• Clean driving record
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Computer experience required
• Experience with Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience with Gmail
• Detail Oriented
• Able to work based on deadlines
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Ability to communicate thoughts clearly both verbally and in writing
• Able to follow directions
• Bilingual English/Spanish a must
• 7:30 am to 8 PM hours available
• Full time to qualified Persons showing good work ethics
• Pay is based on experience
