The Truck Driver Talent Specialist will focus on sourcing applicants, communicating with drivers, gathering qualification information, and helping move candidates into the appropriate recruiting pipeline.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and engage CDL driver candidates
• Respond to incoming driver applications
• Ask qualification questions and gather required information
• Review driver experience and work-history details
• Maintain accurate candidate records
• Follow up with interested and qualified applicants
• Route candidates to appropriate available opportunities
• Communicate professionally throughout the recruiting process

• QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with phones, email, messaging, and online systems
• Ability to follow recruiting procedures
• Trucking, transportation, customer service, recruiting, or sales experience is helpful
• CDL or professional driving experience can be valuable but is not required
