Job Description

  • Up to $20,000 more per year than non-trainers*
  • $250 per week when a student is seated on your truck
  • Up to $1,000 in bonuses when your student upgrades
  • Priority access to freight, averaging 2,500 miles per week

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 12 months of safe driving experience
  • Employed with U.S. Xpress for at least 30 days
  • In good standing with the company
  • Maintain a great safety record
