Description

We are looking for a Truck Inventory Coordinator who will take full ownership of our daily inventory systems and ensure our restaurant is set up for success each day.

This is a high-responsibility, early morning role ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and thrives working independently.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Early mornings 5:30am (typically 4–5 hours/day)
  • Commitment: This role is best suited for someone seeking a long-term position
  • Physical Role: Active, hands-on work (lifting, organizing, moving product) Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodation

What You’ll Own

Truck & Inventory Management

  • Receive and unload deliveries accurately and efficiently
  • Organize and stock all inventory (walk-in, freezer, dry storage)
  • Ensure proper food safety standards, rotation (FIFO), and storage practices
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked storage areas

Ordering & Inventory Accuracy

  • Place and manage truck orders to ensure the restaurant is properly stocked
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages or overages
  • Maintain accurate counts and systems to support daily operations
  • Communicate proactively with leadership on inventory needs

Ownership & Accountability

  • Fully own a daily and weekly checklist to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Take initiative to solve problems and improve systems
  • Operate with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards
  • Play a key role in setting up the team for success each day

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Comfortable with physical work (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, walking)
  • Reliable, consistent, and committed (this role requires stability)
  • Early riser with strong time management skills
  • Previous inventory, warehouse, or operations experience is a plus (not required)
