Key Responsibilities

• Unloading & Staging: Efficiently unload large deliveries and organize products in dry storage, coolers, and freezers.
• Inventory Management: Use First-In, First-Out (FIFO) methods to maintain product freshness and minimize waste.
• Organization: Keep all storage areas clean and orderly to ensure safety and speed for the kitchen team.
• Equipment Care: Perform daily morning maintenance on fryer filtration systems to ensure oil quality and equipment longevity.
• Quality Control: Inspect shipments for damage or errors and report any discrepancies immediately.
• Safety Standards: Follow all food and physical safety regulations, including proper lifting and temperature checks.

Ideal Candidate Qualities

• Early Bird: Comfortable starting shifts early (around 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM) to prepare for the lunch rush.
• Physical Stamina: Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in varying temperatures.
• Detail-Oriented: Pride in maintaining "labels out" organization and tight inventory control.
