The Finance Operations team is a proud financial steward of our company, owning all operational accounting processes that contribute to efficient cash flow, risk mitigation, and timely, accurate reporting of a significant portion of the company’s working capital. We aim to provide reliable processes and services to both internal and external business partners, with a constant eye on innovation centered on automation, digitalization, efficiency, and user experience. As the Truck Invoicing Operations Team Lead, you have a unique opportunity within Finance to work directly with our Sales & Marketing teams, dealers, and large fleet customers, while also gaining valuable leadership experience. Core responsibilities include leading two Truck Invoicing Analysts, aligning truck invoicing operations with various business partners across the network, and collaborating with key stakeholders on business changes, improvement initiatives, and dealer/customer inquiries. This role must be able to work independently and cross-functionally within the areas of Finance, Controlling, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, CAE, Logistics, General Accounting, Tax, and IT to research and resolve operational and reporting issues and to ensure best practices are both within policy and applied appropriately. The position also has a role in internal controls, oversees the development and maintenance of key performance metrics (KPI's), acts as the key user of multiple systems, and is responsible for leading projects within the department. Position offers a starting salary range of $95,000 - $121,000 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience
