Truck Loader

Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Pay: $15 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our team as a Warehouse Loader. In this role, you will be responsible for loading bags of polyester fiber panels—similar to the fiber cores used in crib mattresses—onto trucks for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and stack bags of polyester fiber panels onto trucks safely and efficiently
• Handle materials with care to prevent damage
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet daily loading targets

Requirements:

• Must be physically capable of lifting and handling bulky materials
• Sufficient height and reach to safely load truck spaces
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
• Previous warehouse or loading experience is a plus, but not required
