Truck Mechanic (Light and Heavy) - 1 Year Experience Required

Delta Innovative Services is a commercial and industrial roofing company based in Kansas City, KS. We're seeking a skilled Mechanic to maintain and repair trucks, and small engines to ensure safety and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and diagnose small engines, transmissions, and mechanical systems
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trucks and equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and hydraulic issues
• Maintain service records and repair logs
• Advise on preventative maintenance
• Support other tasks as needed (e.g., hydraulic repairs, painting)

Qualifications:

• Proven mechanical experience
• Strong knowledge of small engines, electrical and hydraulic systems
• Skilled with hand tools and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to follow procedures and read manuals/blueprints
• High school diploma preferred, vocational training or ASE certification a plus
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred:

• Valid Driver's License
• ASE Certification
