Delta Innovative Services is a commercial and industrial roofing company based in Kansas City, KS. We're seeking a skilled Mechanic to maintain and repair trucks, and small engines to ensure safety and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and diagnose small engines, transmissions, and mechanical systems
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trucks and equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and hydraulic issues
- Maintain service records and repair logs
- Advise on preventative maintenance
- Support other tasks as needed (e.g., hydraulic repairs, painting)
Qualifications:
- Proven mechanical experience
- Strong knowledge of small engines, electrical and hydraulic systems
- Skilled with hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to follow procedures and read manuals/blueprints
- High school diploma preferred, vocational training or ASE certification a plus
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
- Valid Driver's License
- ASE Certification
