From Rehire, we are supporting a growing company in the truck parts industry in the search for a Sales Representative, based in Gastonia, North Carolina, focused on developing and managing sales within the North American market.

This role is designed for a high-performing, results-driven sales professional with strong knowledge of truck parts and fleet operations, capable of managing a consistent sales pipeline and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive monthly sales, with a minimum target of $180,000 USD in revenue.
• Develop and manage relationships with clients in the trucking and fleet industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Provide expert guidance on American and European truck parts.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, closing and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients in both English and Spanish.

Requirements:

Fluent English 
• Proven experience in truck parts sales, fleet solutions, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of American and European truck parts (.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

About the Position:

• Full-time | 100% Onsite in Gastonia, North Carolina

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EDT)

• Competitive salary in USD + strong commission structure (4%)

• Monthly gas allowance: $1,200 USD

• Performance evaluation after the first 6 months
