JOB DUTIES
Highly skilled Service Technician who demonstrates advanced expertise in HVAC diagnostics and troubleshooting. Must have a proven record of a strong commitment to customer service, precision, efficiency, and field experience.
- You will test, visually inspect and troubleshoot HVAC units.
- Present findings
- Suggest improvements
- Complete approved repairs.
- Document, invoice and collect payments.
- Proficient in ServiceTitan (preferred) documentation and on-site payment collection
- Work within code compliance on low and high-voltage wiring
- Solid understanding of HVAC sizing and design principles
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently
- Perform all service repair work with professional, showroom-quality results
