Truck yard gate clerk

Crown Xpress Transport is hiring a Gate / Yard Clerk to manage truck traffic at our yard entrance. You'll check trucks and trailers in and out, verify paperwork, and keep the gate running smoothly — allowing only authorized trucks and personnel in.

Pay & schedule

* paid: weekly, 19-20 per hour.

* Full-time / Part-time · shift: days / nights / weekends

What you'll do

* Check trucks and trailers in and out — log every entry and exit

* Verify driver paperwork, IDs, and trailer seals

* Control yard access — authorized trucks and personnel only

* Communicate with drivers and dispatch; keep the gate area organized

What you need

* Attention to detail and basic computer / data-entry skills

* Reliable, punctual, honest, and trustworthy

* Bilingual English/Spanish a plus (cross-border traffic)

* No CDL required · gate/yard or shipping-receiving experience a plus, not required — we'll train you
