What You'll Do as a Truss Assembler:- Assemble truss components by positioning and fastening parts together
- Place metal plates to secure boards and ensure structural integrity
- Cut materials to specified measurements as needed
- Inspect products and remove defective components from production
- Operate machines for fastening, fitting, or assembly operations
- Rotate between workstations based on production needs
- Adapt to varying product builds and changing assembly tasks
- Maintain clean equipment and work areas following safety procedures
What You Need to Bring to the Truss Assembler Role:- No formal education or experience required
- Experience in carpentry or construction preferred
- Ability to read and follow simple instructions and communicate effectively
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and read a tape measure
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including overtime as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, and use hands continuously during shifts
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 to 75 pounds frequently with or without reasonable accommodations
