$15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Truss Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. This position involves assembling roof and floor trusses according to specifications, using hand and power tools in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wood trusses according to blueprints and production specifications.
• Measure, cut, position, and secure lumber components.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely.
• Inspect completed trusses for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with material handling and movement of finished products as needed.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals.

Requirements

• Previous construction, carpentry, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.
