Truss Assembler

We are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals with woodworking or construction experience to join our team as Truss Assemblers. This is a hands-on position assembling wood trusses in a fast-paced production environment.

Candidates with experience in carpentry, framing, truss building, woodworking, cabinet work, or similar construction trades are encouraged to apply!!

Location: St. George, UT
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM | Some Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Assemble wood trusses using lumber and building materials
• Measure, position, and secure wood components
• Accurately read and use a tape measure
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Follow production specifications and quality standards
• Handle and move lumber and completed materials

Qualifications

• Previous woodworking experience required
• Construction, framing, carpentry, or truss experience preferred
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Willing to work occasional Saturdays as needed
