Truss Assembler

Position Overview

We are hiring dependable team members for Truss Assembly positions in a warehouse production environment. This role involves assembling wood trusses and structural components according to production specifications. Ideal candidates are reliable, comfortable using power tools, and able to work in a fast-paced, physically active setting.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wood trusses according to production orders
• Use pneumatic nail guns, saws, and other hand/power tools
• Read a tape measure accurately
• Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production goals
• Assist with material handling as needed

Qualifications

• Warehouse, construction, carpentry, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs consistently
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hour shifts
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Steel-toe boots required

Work Environment

• Non-climate-controlled warehouse
• Exposure to wood dust and production noise

Job Title: Truss Assembly (Warehouse)

Location: West End, NC 27376

Job Type: Full-Time

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Pay: $15–$17 per hour (Based on Experience)
