Qualifications for Truss Builder:

• Construction, framing, carpentry, or building experience preferred

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Experience safely using hand and power tools

• Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and dependable work habits

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Ability to lift, carry, and move building materials

Responsibilities for Truss Builder:

• Build roof and wall trusses according to specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings

• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Assemble wood components accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
