We are looking for people to join our Production Team at our Burlington location. No prior experience necessary! This is a great opportunity for those who want to get into the construction or manufacturing job markets. As a Production Worker, you will learn how to build floor and roof trusses, as well as learn all the aspects of manufacturing trusses by utilizing our automated manufacturing equipment.

This is a fast pace job with room for prompt advancement into Lead Positions, Supervisory roles, Truck Drivers, Crane Operators, Forklift Operators, Truss Designers, and more. We consistently promote from within and pay for CDL, NCCCO and Truss Technician Training.

About the Position

Day Shift position; Monday – Thursday, 4:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Work schedules and available hours may vary depending on production needs and customer demand.

Salary & Benefits:

• Starting Wage: $20 an hour with potential increase upon a successful 90-day review.
• 6 paid holidays
• 40 hours of vacation upon hire increasing to 80 hours after 1 year
• Accrued Sick time available on your 91st day.
• Eligible for medical, dental, and supplemental insurances after 60 days.
• 401k Safe Harbor plan with a company match up to 4% at 6 months of employment.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Able to be on your feet for the duration of your shift
• Able to handle up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Able to work in a team environment
• Able to work at a safe and fast pace
• Communicate with team members effectively
• Have good attendance
• Be willing and able to work overtime when needed



PPE/ Tool Requirements:

The following PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) items are required to bring with you on your first day:

• Steel or composite toe footwear
