Maintenance Technician - Kings Mountain, NC

84 Lumber is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Kings Mountain, NC manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for all preventative maintenance and machine repairs throughout the plant.

Candidates must have strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, a willingness to learn new systems, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment. Welding experience and fabrication skills are preferred.

Pay range: $20.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on actual work experience.

Responsibilities

Perform regularly scheduled maintenance of all equipment/machinery.

Maintain equipment/machinery within tolerance of quality standards.

Train operators on correct operating and maintenance procedures.

Audit daily checks.

Maintain safe work/machine environment

Qualifications

Able to read and write in their primary language.

Able to stand for long periods of time.

Able to lift 50 pounds.
