Job Location: Culpeper, VA, 22701 Job Duration: 3+ months contract and Temp-to-Hire Shift Timing: 1st Shift Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Able to Work: Mandatory overtime on Fridays as required
Job Description: We are hiring Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. No experience is required training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Perform production and assembly work
Use basic hand and power tools
Read a tape measure accurately
Lift and move products up to 50 lbs
Stand and work for the entire shift
Follow safety rules and company procedures
Maintain regular and reliable attendance
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment
Basic carpentry or woodworking knowledge is a plus
Manufacturing or construction experience is a plus
