What You’ll Do
At First Covenant Trust, we’re all about building meaningful relationships and serving our clients with care and integrity. We’re looking for a Trust Administrator who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly while delivering a great client experience.
In this role, you’ll help manage trusts, estates, and other accounts—making sure everything is handled accurately, thoughtfully, and in line with each client’s goals.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Help manage day-to-day administration of trust and estate accounts
- Support account setup and closing, including gathering assets and organizing account details
- Process distributions, pay expenses, and assist with required account reviews and reporting
- Keep clear, up-to-date documentation of account activity and client communications
- Serve as a responsive, helpful point of contact for clients and their advisors
- Work closely with Trust Officers and team members to provide a seamless client experience
- Assist with projects, process improvements, and new initiatives
- Follow all regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Complete required training and stay up to date on best practices
- Pitch in on team goals and support business development efforts as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Communications, or a related field
- 1+ years of relevant experience is a plus, but not required
- Interest in trust and estate work (and professional certifications like CTFA are encouraged)
- Basic understanding of finance, accounting, or estate planning concepts is helpful
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Clear and professional communication skills
- A team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other systems
