Our prestigious law firm is seeking a seasoned Trust and Estate Attorney to join our high-performing team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, providing comprehensive legal advice on estate planning, wills, trusts, and power of attorney. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success. This is a permanent position, ideal for a dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is committed to providing exceptional service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

As a Trust and Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for:

1. Providing expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of trust and estate law, including estate planning, wills, trusts, and power of attorney.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and executing legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents.
3. Representing clients in probate court and handling estate administration matters.
4. Conducting thorough legal research to ensure that our clients' estate plans are in compliance with current laws and regulations.
5. Collaborating with other members of our legal team to develop and implement effective strategies for managing our clients' estates.
6. Developing strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that their estate planning needs are met.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Trust and Estate Attorney.
4. Extensive knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts, and power of attorney.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
7. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
8. A high level of professionalism and a strong commitment to client service.
9. The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
