Trust and Estate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Trust and Estate Attorney to join our legal team in St. Louis. This individual will be responsible for handling all aspects of trust and estate planning and administration for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement estate plans based on clients' needs and objectives
• Manage trust administration, including asset transfers and distribution
• Provide legal guidance on estate tax implications and wealth preservation strategies
• Handle probate proceedings and represent clients in contested estate matters
• Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive client service

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in trust and estate planning
• Strong understanding of tax laws related to trusts and estates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
