Trust and Estate Legal Assistant/Paralegal for Fast Growing Law Firm

Sucato Law Group, a leading firm specializing in estate planning and estate administration, is seeking a skilled Trust and Estate Paralegal to join our Bayonne, New Jersey office. Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize legal documents related to estate planning and estate administration.
• Assist attorneys with drafting wills, living wills, trusts, powers of attorney, deed transfers and probate filings.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant client information.
• Communicate with clients and third parties regarding document execution and procedural updates.
• Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with firm policies and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.
• Paralegal certification.
• Experience in estate planning or estate administration is highly valued.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a law firm.
• Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with legal document management and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience. Sucato Law Group also provides benefits, professional development opportunities, mentorship and a supportive team culture.
