A bit about us:

We are an expanding litigation practice based in the South Bay, focused on trust, estate, and probate disputes. The firm represents fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and other interested parties in high-stakes matters involving contested estates and trust administration issues.

Our work centers on complex litigation involving fiduciary duties, inheritance disputes, and probate conflicts. These cases often carry both financial weight and personal sensitivity, so attorneys are expected to approach them with strong legal judgment as well as a practical understanding of client dynamics.

The team works closely across all levels, with attorneys, partners, and support staff coordinating to move cases forward efficiently while delivering consistent, high-quality client service.

Why join us?

This role offers hands-on involvement in sophisticated trust and estate litigation within a collaborative environment. Paralegals are given meaningful responsibility and are trusted to manage key aspects of case progression.

Benefits include:
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer contribution
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Hybrid flexibility depending on firm needs
