· Admission to practice law in New York, or eligibility for admission by waiver.
· Approximately 3–5 years of experience in trusts and estates, estate planning, or related practice areas preferred.
· Strong experience in estate planning, estate and trust administration, elder law, and/or special needs planning.
· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Superior analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple matters while meeting deadlines.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
· Advise clients on comprehensive estate planning strategies.
· Prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related estate planning documents.
· Handle estate and trust administration matters from start to finish.
· Counsel clients on elder law and long-term care planning.
· Develop and implement special needs planning strategies.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
· Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
· Travel occasionally to branch offices to meet with clients as needed.
