Job Title: Trusts & Estates (T&E) Paralegal
Location: 100% In-Office
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay: $25–$40/hour (DOE)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Trusts & Estates (T&E) Paralegal to join our legal team in a full-time, in-office role. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in estate planning and administration who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with trusts and estates administration, including probate matters.
- Support estate planning and drafting of legal documents.
- Prepare and review legal forms and filings.
- Maintain and organize client files and case documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and third parties.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Trusts & Estates law.
- Experience with estate administration and estate plan drafting required.
- Familiarity with Lawgic and Probate Form Builder (Westlaw) preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
