Senior Probate Associate or Counsel - Probate Litigation
Location: California - Fully Remote
A dynamic, tech-forward law firm is seeking a Senior Probate Associate or Counsel to support its growing trust and estate litigation practice. This role offers flexible remote options and is ideal for an experienced litigator interested in sophisticated probate matters.

Candidates with 5+ years of probate/trust litigation or 8+ years of civil or family litigation experience are encouraged to apply.
- Manage trust and estate litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
- Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Advise clients, fiduciaries, trustees, and beneficiaries on litigation strategy
- Support related matters such as probate administration, conservatorships, and guardianships
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to independently manage cases and deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable in a paperless, technology-driven environment
