This is a growth‑driven opportunity within a sophisticated group that advises high‑net‑worth individuals and families on complex estate, tax, and succession planning matters.Location: Fully remote (with optional access to offices in Indianapolis, Madison, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Naples, Phoenix, St. Louis, Tampa, and Tucson)This position offers exceptional flexibility, including fully remote work, customizable schedules, and options for full‑time or part‑time employment.Advise high‑net‑worth individuals and families on complex estate planning and wealth transfer mattersDraft sophisticated estate planning documents for taxable estates, including GST‑exempt trusts, GRATs, SLATs, IDGTs, and other advanced planning vehiclesManage direct client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on multi‑generational wealth planningPrepare and/or review federal estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns, including Forms 706, 709, and 1041Collaborate with attorneys across the firm to deliver comprehensive and high‑quality client serviceAt least 6 years of trusts and estates experience in a law firm settingDemonstrated experience working directly with high‑net‑worth clients and managing client relationshipsStrong technical background in complex estate planning and administrationExperience with estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax matters preferredExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teamsCommitment to providing high‑quality, client‑focused legal servicesActive bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction#J-18808-Ljbffr
