Job Responsibilities
· Administer estates and trusts.
· Prepare accounting, estate, gift, and income tax returns.
· Prepare petitions, waivers, and other court-related documents.
· Handle electronic filings.
· Communicate with clients, courts, and financial institutions.

Qualifications
Strong verbal, writing, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Professional demeanor; ability to work independently in a highly confidential environment.
3+ years of Trusts and Estates experience.
Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Paralegal certificate (or a combination of work experience and education will be considered)
Strong financial skills (experience providing support in accounting, commercial real estate, financial advisor, or brokerage environment) may be considered in lieu of the experience listed above.
Strong knowledge of Excel, and a strong aptitude with other Microsoft Office products.
Familiarity with various tax or accounting software programs is a plus.
