A nationally recognized AM 100 law firm is actively seeking a Trust & Estates Shareholder to join and help grow a thriving private wealth practice in Pittsburgh.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an attorney with an established book of business who’s looking for a platform with stronger resources, cross-practice collaboration, and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and wealth transfer strategies for high-net-worth clients
• Advise on tax-efficient planning, business succession, and generational wealth preservation
• Manage and expand an existing book of business while leveraging firm-wide referral networks
• Partner with colleagues across corporate, tax, and litigation practices to deliver full-service solutions
• Mentor and help develop junior attorneys within the trusts & estates group

What They’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in trusts & estates law with a strong technical foundation
• Portable book of business (flexible depending on fit and growth potential)
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in expanding a practice
• Licensed in PA
