This role actively seeks opportunities to add value to clients and prospects by understanding their comprehensive financial situations and leveraging the Bank's full capabilities. It operates within a collaborative environment, working closely with bank partners as part of a larger team to serve clients or beneficiaries in a comprehensive and consultative manner.
Essential Functions:
Fiduciary Relationship Management
Maintain and enhance relationships with clients and their families to maximize the lifetime value of these relationships.
Proactively offer a full range of financial and banking services, collaborating with specialists across the organization to best serve client needs.
Build loyalty and drive revenue growth through effective client relationship management, including resolving immediate client concerns, cultivating new business opportunities, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
