DescriptionJoin our team as a Trust Relationship Manager in a hybrid role based in New York, NY.
This is a 12-month contract position with potential for extension.
You will manage complex trust and estate accounts, ensuring compliance with documentation and regulations.
Your role includes client interaction, relationship expansion, and providing guidance to team members.
Proficiency in generic office software and investment concepts is required.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister complex trust or estate account relationships in compliance with documentation and regulations.
Communicate with clients proactively and respond to inquiries promptly.
Expand customer relationships by promoting additional products and services.
Ensure documentation completeness and compliance for all relationships.
Provide guidance and training to less experienced personnel.
QualificationsMinimum of ten years of progressive trust administration experience.
Strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
Proficient in generic office software and investment concepts.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Master’s degree and/or CTFA preferred.
