Trusts and Estates Paralegal

The Law Firm of MacDonald Illig Jones & Britton LLP, is seeking a full-time Paralegal to work in our busy Trusts & Estates Practice Group. Successful candidate must have the following:

· At least 3 years of experience working in a law office setting and a solid knowledge of the probate and estate planning processes including, but not limited to, filing probate documents, preparing and filing deeds, and assisting clients with completion of trust and estate documents.

· Ability to multi-task under time constraints with a high degree of accuracy.

· Ability to work independently and as a team.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Detail-oriented

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
