Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney - CT

Day Pitney's Private Client Department is seeking an associate with 3 to 4 years of trusts and estates experience to join our nationally recognized, expanding practice in our West Hartford, CT office (we also have an open position for our Stamford, CT office).Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in high net worth trust and estate planning and administration, including knowledge of relevant state and federal tax laws. Experience with succession planning, lifetime giving, estate and income taxation issues, charitable giving; estate planning for retirement assets; and tax-efficient family wealth transfer strategies is a plus.Day Pitney recognizes the value of flexible working arrangements alongside the benefits of in-office collaboration.
