Currently seeking T&E Attorneys and Tax Attorneys in New York City, Roseland NJ, Red Bank NJ and Iselin NJ.

Job Details
  • Draft and review wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and living wills
  • Advise clients on estate and gift tax planning including sophisticated wealth transfer strategies
  • Counsel individual and corporate fiduciaries on all aspects of estate and trust administration
  • Prepare state and federal estate and fiduciary income tax returns and fiduciary accountings
  • Assist business owners with strategic succession planning
  • Handle elder law matters including Medicaid and Medicare planning, special needs trusts, and guardianships
  • Represent clients in trust and estate disputes and probate proceedings

Looking For:

  • J.D. and licensed to practice in New Jersey or New York
  • Minimum 3 years focused on trusts, estates, and estate tax planning
  • Strong background in estate planning including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and wealth transfer strategies
  • Experience with estate and trust administration including state and federal tax returns and fiduciary accountings
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships across varying levels of wealth and complexity
