Are you an experienced Trust & Estates Legal Assistant or Paralegal looking to take the next step in your career? We are partnering with a respected Florida-based law firm seeking a detail-oriented professional to support all aspects of trust and estate administration.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and enjoys managing a dynamic workload.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of trust and estate administration from inception through closing

  • Draft, format, and review legal documents and correspondence, including:

  • Probate pleadings, inventories, and accountings

  • Trust administration documents and asset transfer paperwork

  • Petitions, affidavits, and supporting filings in accordance with Florida probate rules

  • Assist with probate and trust administration matters across Florida jurisdictions

  • Organize and analyze financial and asset information for estate matters

  • Coordinate with financial institutions, title companies, and beneficiaries

  • Support preparation of estate and fiduciary tax documentation

  • Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with Florida court procedures and deadlines

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Trust & Estates paralegal or legal assistant experience (Florida experience preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of Florida probate court procedures and filing requirements

  • Experience with Florida e-filing is preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
