Trusts & Estates Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected law firm in the Tampa area to identify an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys working closely with attorneys, clients, and financial professionals on sophisticated estate planning and probate matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related documents

• Assist attorneys with probate and trust administration matters from inception through closing

• Prepare and file probate pleadings and court documents

• Coordinate asset collection, valuations, and transfers

• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, accountants, and other third parties

• Review and organize financial records, trust documents, and estate inventories

• Prepare accountings, inventories, and supporting probate documentation

• Maintain case files and track important deadlines to ensure timely matter progression

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Trusts & Estates, Probate, or Estate Planning Paralegal experience

• Strong knowledge of probate administration and estate planning processes

• Experience drafting estate planning and probate documents

• Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills

• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software

• Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
