Trusts & Estates Paralegal
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established law firm who is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join their team in Tampa, Florida. This role offers a chance to step into a high-impact position supporting a busy practice group.
What You'll Do:
Draft estate planning documents including wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and probate filings
Prepare trust and estate accountings, tax forms, and asset valuations
Manage communications with clients, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and financial institutions
Coordinate trust administration tasks such as bill payments, bank reconciliations, and EIN applications
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Florida probate and trust procedures
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of Florida probate and trust administration
Ability to work independently and manage complex matters with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software platforms
Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred
Schedule & Benefits:
Monday - Friday, standard business hours
