TS-Prep Cook

COMPENSATION: 

$23-$27 Hourly  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Prepare ingredients for daily service including washing, chopping, slicing, portioning, and labeling 
• Follow recipes, food preparation guidelines, and plating standards 
• Assist with basic cooking tasks as assigned 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces 
• Properly label, date, store, and rotate food items (FIFO) 
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations 
• Assist with receiving and stocking kitchen deliveries 
• Communicate effectively with kitchen team members and leadership 
• Support opening and closing kitchen duties as needed  

 QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Previous prep cook or kitchen experience preferred, but not required 
• Basic knowledge of knife skills and food handling techniques 
• Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and safety procedures 
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
