TS/SCI Cleaner

About the Role:
Oasis Facility Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy TS/SCI Cleaner to join our team in El Segundo, CA. This is a unique and critical role supporting secure government or defense facilities, where your professionalism and discretion are just as important as your cleaning expertise. Responsibilities:

• Perform janitorial and custodial duties within TS/SCI cleared and secured facilities
• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, common areas, and sensitive compartmented information facilities (SCIFs)
• Operate cleaning equipment including vacuums, mops, buffers, and floor scrubbers
• Dispose of waste and materials in accordance with facility security protocols
• Maintain compliance with all security procedures, access controls, and clearance requirements
• Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and sanitizing materials
• Report maintenance issues or security concerns to facility management promptly

Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required
• Prior experience in commercial, government, or defense facility cleaning preferred
• Ability to follow strict security protocols and maintain confidentiality at all times
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift
• Must pass a background investigation consistent with clearance requirements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
