TSUGAMI Screw Machine Operator
Location: Houston, TX
Pay Rate: $24$25/hr (based on experience)
Alltex is currently seeking a skilled TSUGAMI Screw Machine Operator to support precision manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in Swiss-type CNC machining and a strong understanding of TSUGAMI equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate TSUGAMI screw machines to produce high-precision components
- Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
- Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating TSUGAMI or similar Swiss-type CNC machines
- Must have steel-toe shoes
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
- Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Schedule:
- Monday -Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Overtime available on an as-needed basis
