Position Summary: The Environmental Services Manager plans, organizes, supervises, coordinates all facilities activities for Thunderbird Treatment Center. Including the necessary maintenance functions which for the physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities and grounds. Champions performance improvement activities within the agency and participates in CQI activities. Assures competency of all personnel. Assists in formulating the budget. Maintains efficient and effective department operation while requiring compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory laws, and licensing and accreditation standards and protocols.
Organizational Structure/Reporting Relationships: This position reports directly to the EVS Director and is part of the Operations team. This position has direct reports.
