Responsibilities

• Analyze consumer demand trends and identify key product categories, brands, and price segments with strong growth potential on TikTok Shop.
• Develop product assortment strategies that strengthen platform supply and ensure products align with market demand.
• Partner with merchant strategy teams and industry teams to guide supply development in priority product categories.
• Support major campaigns and marketing initiatives by identifying highpotential products and category opportunities.
• Conduct datadriven analysis to identify supply gaps and propose targeted initiatives to strengthen product availability and competitiveness.
• Monitor product performance and market trends, and continuously refine assortment strategies to support sustainable growth. Minimum Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled student pursuing a bachelor's or higher degree in the United States, majoring in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience using data to identify business opportunities.
• Familiarity with consumer trends and retail or ecommerce market dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior internship experience in marketplace platforms, retail strategy, consulting, or category management.
• Strong business judgment and structured problemsolving capabilities.
• Experience working with data to support business analysis and strategic planning.
• Selfdriven with strong ownership and the ability to adapt in a fastmoving environment.
