Whether you have experience operating production equipment, working in fabrication, machining, assembly, or another manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Operate saw and trimming equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and follow work instructions, production orders, and basic blueprints
- Measure and inspect parts using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools
- Perform basic part layout and verify dimensions
- Maintain quality standards while meeting daily production goals
- Monitor equipment performance and report any safety, quality, or maintenance concerns
- Complete production paperwork accurately
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with teammates to ensure production schedules are met
We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, production, fabrication, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred
- Experience using measuring tools is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is helpful, but training may be available
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Stand for the majority of the shift
- Frequently use hands and arms to handle materials and operate equipment
- Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
- Occasionally bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch
